Artificial Intelligence - Primary Research Results Dashboard

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of a renowned consulting company with offices in Europe, America, and Africa sought solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS).

The client wanted a comprehensive understanding of AI utilization, perception, and internal initiatives within the company. To address this, a survey was designed with modules covering Internal AI Utilization, Potential AI Initiatives, and AI Integration. Primary research was conducted within the firm, and a dashboard was created for data interpretation.

The outcome included a well-designed survey that effectively addressed the client’s needs, achieving a 63% participation rate from key representatives in each department. A dashboard using Looker Studio was built for an exhaustive assessment of the data, allowing comparisons across departments and offices. The results were presented in an Excel file with raw data, a Looker Studio dashboard, and a PowerPoint presentation with key insight

The client was seeking a comprehensive understanding of the utilization, perception, and internal initiatives within the company regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence.

− We designed a survey that effectively covered the client’s three modules of interest.

− Given the need of the client to retrieve as much information within the company, we contacted and encouraged the key representatives of each department within the company to respond to the survey, achieving a participation rate of 63% of the entire company.

− We built a dashboard using Looker Studio, that allowed an exhaustive assessment of the data and facilitated the ability to compare the results obtained across different departments and offices within the company, managing to assess 203 answers from a survey with 34 questions.

− We presented the information on an Excel file deliverable containing the Raw Data, on a Dashboard on Looker Studio, and a PPT with the most relevant insights.
