A global executive search firm wanted to develop its activity in Morocco in the high tech industry.

Approach

  • Secondary research : Identification of players through local public authorities (i.e. Registry of Commerce) Collection of information about the identified companies via institutional websites, registry of commerce, etc.
  • Primary research: Qualification via phone calls to companies and distributors.

Findings
